How to collect baseball team photos all season
A team chat works for a quick update, but photos from different games soon get buried. Set up one album and give parents a repeatable way to contribute after each game.
Set up an album parents will recognize
Name it for the team and season, such as “Fall Baseball 2026.” Pick a PIN to share with the families you invite. The person creating the album signs in; guests do not need an account.
- Create the album from the homepage.
- Copy the link and send it in the team chat.
- Send the PIN to the same invited group separately from the link.
Make contributing part of game day
After a game, remind parents to add their best photos and short clips. Anyone with the link and PIN can open the gallery from an iPhone or Android browser. You can also download the album’s QR code for a printed team card.
You might ask each family to choose a few clear shots rather than upload every burst photo. That leaves more room for moments from the whole season.
Save the collection before it expires
Guests can download individual photos and videos. The album also has Download all for a ZIP copy. During beta, free albums are stored for 90 days; plan to download the season’s collection before the displayed expiration date.
The free beta has three active albums, 2 GB total storage per account and a 300 MB limit per uploaded file. A long season may need several downloads along the way.
A simple place to start
A single season album, one team chat link and a short reminder after each game are enough to make sharing routine.
