Example setup
Example: a photo album for a youth baseball team
Here is one way a coach or parent could organize a team album. It is a sample setup to adapt for your group, not a report of measured beta results.
The setup
Create an album named “Fall Baseball 2026.” Set a PIN, then copy the link into the parents’ chat. Share the PIN with the invited families in a separate message. For families who meet at the field, download the album’s QR code and put it on a small team card.
- One season album for the team.
- One link in the existing parent chat.
- One PIN shared only with invited families.
The routine
After each game, one parent posts a short reminder to add a few good photos or clips. Families scan or tap the link, enter the PIN and upload from their iPhone or Android browser. Everyone who has access can browse and save favorites.
Short clips are especially useful for the plays you want to remember. Each uploaded file must be 300 MB or less during beta.
The season-end handoff
The album owner checks the storage date shown in the album and uses Download all before the 90-day beta period ends. The ZIP becomes a copy for the team organizer; families can also download their own favorites.
This example uses one of the three active albums included in a free beta account. All of that account’s albums share a total 2 GB storage allowance, so a video-heavy season may need more frequent downloads.
A simple place to start
Use the team’s existing chat for invitations and reminders; use the album to keep the actual photo and video collection together.
